Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Elizabeth’s Tuition Centre – Bingley (“we”, “our”, “the Centre”) and the parent/guardian (“you”) of the child (“student”) attending our tuition sessions. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following:

1. Enrolment & Attendance

– A completed registration form must be submitted before a student may attend sessions.
– Regular attendance is expected. Please inform us if your child cannot attend a session.
– The Centre reserves the right to withdraw a place if attendance is irregular or fees are unpaid.

2. Fees & Payment

– Fees are payable in arrears (weekly, monthly, or termly, as agreed).
– Payment must be made within the timeframe agreed with the Centre.
– If payment falls more than 14 days behind, the Centre reserves the right to pause tuition until the account is settled.
– All fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

– If your child misses a session, fees remain payable and no refund will be given.
– In cases of illness or emergencies, we may offer an alternative session where available, but this is not guaranteed.
– If the Centre must cancel a session, a replacement session will be arranged or a refund will be issued.

4. Conduct & Behaviour

– Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other students.
– The Centre reserves the right to withdraw tuition if a child’s behaviour is persistently disruptive.
– Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is collected promptly.

5. Safeguarding & Welfare

– The Centre follows safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure student safety.
– Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs.
– In case of emergency, we will act in the best interests of the child and contact parents immediately.

6. Liability

– While every care is taken, the Centre cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged.
– The Centre is not liable for any injury, accident, or illness except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Data Protection

– Personal information will be kept securely and used only for the purpose of providing tuition.
– We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination of Agreement

– Either party may terminate the agreement with two weeks’ written notice.
– The Centre reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, safeguarding concerns, or serious misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

– The Centre may update these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice.
– The latest version will always be available on request.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
